After the negotiation of the project budget between the co-directors and the SPS Advisor on the basis of the budget proposed, the Project Plan was approved. This budget consists of a fixed budget ceiling and a schedule of payments linked to project reporting. The agreed budget was set out in the Grant Letter and will be governed by the rules set out in the MYP Handbook, the financial rules of Cukurova University as identified in the project plan, and any additional terms and conditions of the grant. Subject to the approved budget set out in the Grant Letter, the stipends for young researchers are generally allowable and encouraged by the project office.
